Hi, I am Edina

With over 15 years of experience supporting families across the globe as a career nanny and a sleep consultant, I understand that parenting doesn’t come with a manual — especially when sleep is elusive, routines are unsettled, and emotions are running high.

My journey has taken me through many countries and cultures, and yet one thing always remains the same: the deep longing parents have for rest, clarity, and connection. I’ve been there — soothing  tired babies in the quiet hours, helping families settle into unfamiliar places, while navigating big changes. I lived within the rhythms of family life. The long nights. The growth spurts. The regressions. The tender postpartum months. The unspoken exhaustion. The quiet worries parents often carry alone.

And what those moments taught me is this:

Sleep is never just about sleep.

It’s about

  • Safety

  • Connection

  • Emotional regulation

  • Secure attachment
  • A calm nervous system — for both baby and parent

 — and creating the space for rest to unfold without force or fear.

After all these years, I knew my heart belonged to supporting families in the most tender way possible. This belief led me to become a holistic baby sleep consultant, walking alongside families in worldwide with care, presence, and gentle, science-based, no cry-it-out or sleep training methods.

Because sleep isn’t just a routine—it’s a foundation for lifelong emotional well-being and secure attachment.

When babies feel safe, seen, and deeply connected, rest comes more naturally. And when parents feel supported,  confident and understood they can show up with presence and peace.

My passion is rooted in psychology, epigenetics, and attachment theory, enriched by ongoing self-development and mindfulness practices. This foundation shapes how I guide parents and babies toward peaceful, restful nights, offering gentle baby sleep support and personalised baby sleep plans, all delivered with the loving care.

This is why I do what I do: to help create a foundation of trust, emotional security, and gentle rest—for both you and your baby.

My Expertise

Over the years, my work has naturally deepened and expanded. I graduated as an OCN Level 6 Holistic Sleep Coach through the Lyndsey Hookway programme, and I continue to study nurture neuroscience, currently training with Dr. Greer Kirshenbaum and Dr. Rocío Zunini ensuring my work remains aligned with the latest research in infant brain development, attachment, and nervous system regulation.

I have immersed myself in child development, infant sleep science, emotional regulation, and behaviour — while also honouring the quieter, often invisible layers of family life: birth experiences, stress, parental anxiety, nervous system overload, and the emotional imprints that can gently shape sleep struggles.

My work supports both emotional and physical regulation, helping families restore calm, resilience, and a sense of wellbeing.

Alongside my practical expertise, I trained as a Reiki Master, Access Consciousness Bars® Facilitator, and creator of SH® Instant Help (EFT-based emotional coaching).
These modalities have deepened my understanding of how profoundly energy, emotions, and the nervous system influence a child’s ability to settle, feel safe, and rest — and how deeply parents themselves need regulation, support, and gentle unwinding.

Living as an expat for the past 15 years has taught me something equally important:

Raising a baby far from home adds another invisible layer.

Less family support.
Different cultures.
Conflicting advice.
More isolation.
More second-guessing.

Expat parents often carry not only night wakings, but homesickness, identity shifts, and the quiet grief of doing this without their village.

So today, the work I offer is not a method.

It is a relationship.

One that blends science with sensitivity.
Structure with intuition.
Nervous-system awareness with gentle sleep guidance.
And practical support with deep emotional care.

I support babies — and I hold parents.

Because when a parent feels safe, informed, and truly seen, a baby’s sleep so often begins to soften too.

Understanding your child’s unique temperament can gently ease feelings of guilt, nurture empathy, and guide you toward strategies that truly support both your little one and your family as a whole. This is why I place such importance on viewing sleep from a holistic, whole-family perspective — honoring the needs, rhythms, and well-being of everyone involved.

I became a holistic sleep consultant because I’ve lived those long, tearful nights—and I’ve met so many parents all around the world just like you. Exhausted. Overwhelmed. Doing everything they can, yet still feeling like nothing is working.

Over time, I realized something deeper beneath the sleep struggles:
Parents weren’t just asking how do I get their baby to sleep…
They were quietly asking:
“Am I doing enough?”
“Am I doing it right?”
“Why does this feel so hard?”

And that broke my heart.

Too often, families are handed quick-fix solutions—strict routines, cry-it-out methods, or generic baby sleep traning plans that may promise results but rarely bring 

peace.

These approaches often leave parents doubting themselves, second-guessing their instincts, and feeling even more disconnected. They prioritize control over connection—offering tools that don’t feel right and leaving babies without the emotional sleep support they truly need.

I believe families deserve more than rigid plans or outdated advice .

They deserve guidance that is calm, connected, and deeply attuned a bespoke, evidence-informed approach that honours their baby’s rhythm, their family’s needs, and the quiet wisdom of a parent’s heart.

So I knew there had to be another way.
