I’m a certified OCN Level 6 Baby & Toddler Sleep Consultant and a Nurture Neuroscience trained practitioner.

I offer a holistic, evidence-based approach to infant and toddler sleep, supporting families with guidance that honours both your child’s emotional needs and your instincts as a parent.

For over a decade I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside families across multiple countries — first as a nanny, then as a gentle baby sleep conaultant.

Before this work became my business, it was my life.

Working so closely with families taught me something no course alone ever could:

  • Every baby communicates in their own way — through their body, their sleep, their cries, and their nervous system

  • Signals are easily misunderstood when parents are tired, overwhelmed, or following one-size-fits-all advice

  • Little nervous systems are deeply sensitive, especially during change, separation, travel, illness, or big developmental leaps

  • Disrupted sleep affects everything — emotional wellbeing, confidence, relationships, mental health, and even the way a parent sees themselves

  • Parents long for more than techniques — they long to be seen, held, and reassured that “you’re not failing”

And living as an expat in the last 15 years taught me something equally important:
